The unique continuous kneading technology of Buss-Nieder, cultivated over more than 60 years, is used in the research and development of new products such as plastics and rubber.
The MX30 continuous kneader for laboratory use, which can be used for multiple purposes, is a compact continuous kneading device suitable for research and development, optimization of processing processes, and the production of development samples. It is particularly well-suited for compounding high-filled materials and materials sensitive to temperature and shear. This highly user-friendly laboratory kneader has the fundamental functions of Buss Kneader, known for its high reliability and long-standing track record, with a discharge capacity ranging from 5 kg/h to 25 kg/h. The processing section is modular, allowing for precise adherence to nearly all actual manufacturing process conditions. Additionally, the barrel can be opened and closed in two parts via hinges, providing easy access to the interior for simple cleaning, as well as the ability to evaluate each step along the processing process.

Buss AG, headquartered in Switzerland, has been manufacturing and selling continuous kneading extruders that play a crucial role in various compounding processes involving chemical materials such as plastics and rubber, as well as food, for over 70 years. Buss was the first in the world to introduce a unique continuous kneading extruder using the reciprocating motion of a single-screw, and has long been known as the Buss Ko-Kneader. It has gained immense trust from customers who require precise temperature control and produce shear-sensitive materials. This has enabled it to thrive in various chemical manufacturing settings, including PVC, polypropylene, PET, thermoplastic elastomers, XLPE, flame-retardant cables, masterbatches, powder coatings, and toners. Together with a global sales network and partners, Buss provides reliable and efficient technology along with top-class after-sales service.
