Introducing the AMCI-made heat-resistant cartridge filter!
The "High-Temperature Cartridge Filter" uses PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) spunbond fibers and has excellent properties of "heat resistance," "chemical resistance," and "hydrolysis resistance." The pleated cartridge filter unit can achieve several times the filtration area of a bag filter in terms of its volume ratio. This significantly reduces the overall volume of the dust collector, allowing for cost reduction. Additionally, by selecting the component materials, it can be applied to levels of 180°C and 150°C. In the catalog, we introduce: ■ Heat resistance of PPS fibers - Long-term heat resistance - Strength at elevated temperatures (vs. constant value retention rate) ■ Chemical resistance of PPS fibers - Tensile strength retention rate after 30 days of immersion at room temperature PPS/Polyester/Nylon/Polypropylene is presented in graphs. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF materials for review.
