It is possible to observe the processes of wetting, infiltration, and evaporation of tiny droplets on a substrate in a time series with microsecond resolution!
The "Picoliter Analyzer" is a micro droplet monitor that allows for time-series observation of the wetting, penetration, and evaporation processes of picoliter droplets on a substrate with microsecond resolution. Thanks to this patented technology, it is now possible to measure the contact angle, contact area, and volume of ejected micro droplets on the microsecond order, enabling the capture of high-speed wetting phenomena on the substrate. A significant feature of this system is that it utilizes stroboscopic observation based on the flow stability of micro droplets, rather than observation with a high-speed camera. 【Features】 ■ Stroboscopic imaging utilizing the stability of micro droplets ■ Significantly reduces the introduction costs compared to ultra-high-speed cameras ■ Does not require high light intensity, thus avoiding effects from temperature rise or evaporation of the sample ■ Can eliminate accidental behaviors caused by disturbances or contamination ■ Requires a very small sample volume of less than 10μL *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company is committed to commercializing unique measurement technologies and associated techniques invented by Professor Sakai of the University of Tokyo's Institute of Industrial Science, based on bold speed and meticulous verification, contributing to the industry with Japan's original and one-of-a-kind technologies. With the slogan "We Spectrorize Rheology!!", we are tackling various challenges related to rheology. Our first product, the viscosity analysis system, has realized a new measurement method (EMS method: remote electromagnetic rotary drive method) and was developed in collaboration with the University of Tokyo under the Advanced Measurement and Analysis Technology and Equipment Development Program of the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). This technology has been requested since our founding. We continue to introduce such Japan-origin, world-first technologies and products, focusing not only on the domestic market but also on overseas markets, ensuring they are not mere follow-up products. We look forward to your expectations for our future new technology products.
