Surface finishing treatment (shot blasting and others)

We will finish the surface after heat treatment according to the customer's needs.

■ Table-Type Shot Blast Machine This device places products on a turntable and performs blasting while rotating the table. It is suitable for descaling, sand removal, deburring after cutting and grinding processes, and excels in mass production and versatility regardless of the size and shape of the products. Since there is no contact between products, it is ideal for handling items that are sensitive to dents. ■ Rotary Shot Blast Machine This device performs blasting while rotating. Its applications are almost the same as the table-type machine, but it can evenly finish smaller items. ■ Sand Blast Machine This is a full-fledged industrial sandblasting device with a separate dust collector. The dust collector creates a strong downward airflow inside the processing chamber, allowing for blasting work with a clear view. Equipped with a large cyclone, it facilitates easy classification of abrasives and enables stable blasting processing. ■ Rotary Barrel Polisher This machine rotates a barrel tank with an octagonal cross-section at a relatively low speed, forming a flat fluid layer. It can perform processes such as deburring, smooth finishing, mirror finishing, rounding edges, and scale removal.
