"Pile fabric" is composed of a base fabric made of warp and weft threads, and pile threads that stand up in the Z-axis direction from the base fabric (X-Y plane). It flexibly adapts to the unevenness of opposing objects, and for applications that require very precise dimensions, such as rubber and sponge, the amount of fiber penetration into the target object can be controlled with a brush, expanding the range of applications and demonstrating excellent durability. Our company handles various conductive fibers such as nylon, polyester, and acrylic, and some of these conductive fibers are co-developed with raw material manufacturers, allowing for resistance value management.
