We would like to introduce a case study on the packaging specifications for injectors that Seihoku Package Co., Ltd. has worked on. In the 1WAY packaging specification, each part was placed in a plastic bag, resulting in a high number of work hours, and every time the packaging materials were disposed of and exported locally, disposal costs were incurred. Therefore, we changed to a returnable specification. After use, the packaging is folded and returned domestically, reducing return transportation costs to one-tenth, which led to significant cost savings.
