By storing the knuckles vertically and angling them, the quantity can be significantly improved!
We would like to introduce a case study on the packaging specifications for knuckles that Seihoku Package Co., Ltd. has worked on. Before the improvement, the knuckles were stored with the cutting surface facing down on top of the cushioning material, allowing for only 9 pieces to be packed. By storing the knuckles vertically and angling them to prevent the cutting surface from touching the dividers, we were able to significantly improve the packing quantity to 24 pieces. 【Case Study】 ■ Before Improvement - Stored with the cutting surface facing down on top of the cushioning material - Low packing quantity, only 9 pieces ■ After Improvement - Stored the knuckles vertically and angled them - Prevented the cutting surface from touching the dividers - Significant improvement in packing quantity, now 24 pieces *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
