Introducing a case study that achieved multi-purpose function optimization of disc brakes!
We would like to introduce a case study from Brembo using our "modeFRONTIER" for improving the performance of disc brakes. The goal was to minimize the corning angle caused by heat generation and also to minimize the deformation of the disc brake itself through multi-objective function optimization. For shape modification and mesh generation, we used CATIA V5, Patran, and ICEM, and established an automated calculation execution environment using LSF for parallel computing.
