Introduction of a case where automatic exploration of the optimal shape for the chassis part of a vehicle was achieved!
We would like to introduce a case study from FIAT that applies our "modeFRONTIER" to the shape optimization of the chassis part of vehicles. By using material properties and dimensions as design variables, we are exploring designs that maintain energy absorption rates during collisions while being lightweight. However, applying collision phenomenon simulations to automated exploration calculations was highly burdensome.
