KB3390 is a separated type photo sensor that employs an infrared light-emitting diode on the emitting side and a high-sensitivity phototransistor on the receiving side. It can be used as a standalone unit for both the receiving side and the emitting side. The gap between the emitting and receiving sides can be set arbitrarily (1 to 100 mm). It is completely dustproof, featuring a dust prevention structure inside the lens. It is a snap-in mounting type.
