The "CloneSelect Imager" that we handle quickly measures cell confluency using white transmitted light imaging. Regardless of the number of wells in the microplate, the measurement time for one plate is less than 90 seconds. Measurements can be taken with the plate covered, allowing it to be returned to the incubator for continued culture after measurement.
