We achieve stable void-free production with the 'IMP method,' providing highly reliable components. 【What is the IMP Method?】 The IMP method (In-Mold Pressing) is our original processing technology and a type of molding compression method. Molding compression involves injecting resin into a mold and compressing the injected resin during and after filling to shape it. *The IMM method is also effective against voids. However, due to the origins of its technology, the IMP method operates at a higher level and can accommodate thick-walled shapes, while the IMM method is effective for products that are not as thick.
