An appearance inspection device that automatically detects scratches, dents, and pits on the cylindrical inner wall using laser light.
This is a model with improved laser and rotation for the SG-LSDC probe. The rotation speed has been increased to 18,000 rpm. The minimum detection size has been refined to 0.1 mm for higher precision. 【Features】 - Inspection can be performed non-destructively and without contact. - Inspections can be conducted in areas that are difficult to reach visually. - By setting criteria for defect judgment, OK/NG determination can be automated. - Since the laser is directed at the workpiece and captures the reflected light, the influence of stray light is minimal. - Inspection data can be retained along with defect information, allowing for feedback into the manufacturing process.
