Since our establishment, we have made every effort to meet the increasingly sophisticated user needs in the bending processing of steel materials, steel plates, and special steels. We hope to further enhance the specialized knowledge and advanced technical skills cultivated from our extensive experience and achievements, and contribute to the construction of a richer future society and the realization of everyone’s dreams. As our strength, we take pride in possessing equipment that significantly contributes to the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) demanded by end users, accumulated over 40 years of involvement in bending processing and steel pipe manufacturing. **Regarding Quality** Our quality control department implements inspection systems for precision and defects, and the welding sections are subject to non-destructive testing. Additionally, we have obtained certification as a JIS steel pipe standard factory and as a certified inspection factory by the Japan Water Works Association for our steel pipes. **Regarding Cost** With our marine crane, we can unload large steel plates, significantly reducing transportation costs compared to land transport. We also have a land transport system in place with 15-ton trucks, which greatly contributes to cost efficiency. **Integrated Production System** By owning machinery and equipment that covers various processes in the production of special steel pipes, we have established a system that allows for consistent manufacturing.
