To separate a mixture of solids and liquids, methods utilizing the difference in specific gravity between the two have been used for a long time. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Machine Overview】 ■ The mixed liquid (raw liquid) supplied inside the outer cylindrical bowl, which rotates at high speed (2,000–6,000 min-1), causes the solids to settle and separate due to centrifugal force, accumulating on the inner wall. ■ Inside the outer cylindrical bowl, a screw conveyor is provided, which is given a slight rotational difference from the bowl, discharging the accumulated solids from the solid outlet after dewatering. ■ The liquid separated from the solids becomes clarified and is discharged from the liquid outlet provided on the side wall of the bowl. ■ If the treated liquid is not clarified by this machine alone, it is advisable to use it in conjunction with a disc-type separator or ultra-centrifuge for pretreatment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
