Iridian Spectral Technologies' ultra-steep short-pass filters offer excellent edge steepness and high blocking performance, allowing for easy spectral separation by transmitting or reflecting wavelengths around the specified wavelength. They are particularly useful for anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy measurements, where it is necessary to separate Rayleigh scattered light (laser wavelength) from weak Raman scattered light (anti-Stokes). In addition to Raman spectroscopy, they are ideal for integration into optical measurement systems such as confocal microscope systems. The hard-coated product lineup provides significantly superior optical characteristics, as well as longer lifespan and higher durability, compared to traditional soft-coated filters.
