■Injection Molding The principle of injection molding involves the process of filling a mold with rubber material that has been plasticized and kneaded by a screw within a heated cylinder at high speed and high pressure, and then curing it to create the product. This allows for the plasticization and measurement of materials to be carried out in the same location. Since injection into the mold is done at high pressure, the material that has been heated and kneaded in the screw cylinder experiences a rapid increase in temperature due to frictional heat, which shortens the curing time, making it suitable for mass production of products.
