We handle a wide variety of products made from AC7A aluminum secondary alloy! Let us introduce our strengths.
Koizumi Aluminum currently handles a large number of products made from the aluminum secondary alloy AC7A. The "AC7A material" is more ductile and softer compared to regular materials, and it has a beautiful white color. However, when used in machinery, it has a tendency to be difficult to cast, making it prone to casting defects. We are successfully overcoming these challenges with difficult shapes and material properties through trial and error. Additionally, the synthetic sand we use is specifically researched for casting. It has the ductility to create intricate details that are difficult to achieve with standard molds. 【Five Strengths】 ■ Youth ■ Synthetic Sand: Ductility that allows for intricate details even in shapes that are difficult to mold with standard methods ■ Speed: Incorporating a balancer allows us to produce as many as possible ■ Equipment: We have facilities for sand molds and self-hardening ■ Furnace: With five furnaces, we can cast by material type and achieve a maximum casting weight of 2 tons *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Kozumi Aluminum Co., Ltd. is engaged in the aluminum casting manufacturing industry. Our production method uses synthetic sand and is shaped by hand. This requires skill, but unlike traditional raw sand, we use a mixture of sand suitable for casting, which allows for better adhesion and the ability to shape fine details. For products that are difficult to produce with raw sand, we can manufacture using self-hardening sand at our second factory. Please feel free to consult us if you have any requests.
