◎ Portable high-precision moisture meter for polymers. High-tech polymers such as PET, PC, and PA6 have their moisture content in pellets significantly affecting the molding of the products. Since the moisture content in pellets is minimal, there were limited methods for high-precision measurement, but the AquaTrack 3E achieves high precision equivalent to the Karl Fischer method with its unique measurement technique. Furthermore, it does not require large equipment like nitrogen, so moisture measurement on-site is possible with just a 100V power supply. Handling and disposal of reagents are also easy. The moisture meter "AquaTrack 3E," specialized for measuring the moisture content of polymers, is widely used in the plastic molding industry. ◎ Since it has a relatively large test tube, it can also measure molded products. Measuring moisture after product molding is also a very important factor. With the AquaTrack 3E, as long as the size fits in the test tube, it can be measured directly. This includes PET bottles, cases, films, connectors, CDs, capacitors, etc. Additionally, even larger molded products can be measured if they are cut to a size that fits in the container.
