【Manufacturing Process】 ■1. We weigh and mix raw materials according to material specifications. ■2. The raw materials are melted in a vacuum furnace and cast into flake form using strip casting. ■3. After hydrogen embrittlement treatment, the flakes are finely pulverized to a few microns using a jet mill. ■4. The fine powder is soft-pressed into block shapes of specified dimensions and further densified into high-density powder using hydrostatic pressing. ■5. The powder compact is sintered at temperatures above 1000°C, followed by aging treatment to enhance magnetic properties. ■6. Magnetic property inspection is conducted on the blocks that have completed sintering and aging treatment. ■7. Machining and surface treatment are performed to achieve specified dimensions and shapes. ■8.
