Introducing a case that compares the differences between cutting oil and nano-colloids! Active in maintenance workshop settings as well.
We introduce the lubricant "Nano Koro Oil Spray," which uniquely incorporates CNT (carbon nanotubes) into a highly permeable lubricant, used in factories and production sites. We compared the differences in cutting oil during drilling operations using a drill press, focusing on workability and finish against commercially available cutting oils. [Issue] Commercially available cutting oil The test piece got caught at the moment the hole was being drilled, resulting in a lot of burrs on the back, necessitating secondary processing. ↓ [Solution] Nano Koro Oil Spray The working time was reduced, and with a drill larger than the hole, small burrs could be easily removed by hand, allowing for smooth drilling without getting caught at the moment of drilling. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
[Factory-oriented Mail Order Reviews] I was able to drill a hole with a diameter of 1.5mm and a depth of 18mm without any stress. The processing conditions were 1800rpm and 15mm/min, using cutting oil containing CNT, which was dripped into the processing hole every 5mm. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

No surfactants used! Achieving uniform dispersion of carbon nanotubes (CNT) in pure water with unique technology! We solve various problems with products containing CNT. Jaymax Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 as the CNT planning and sales division of Taisei Kaken Co., Ltd. We are engaged in the development of applications and sales of related products containing a water solution called 'Nano Sumi,' which uniformly disperses CNT in pure water using our unique technology, as well as CNT addition processing services. By incorporating CNT, the friction coefficient in lubricants is as low as 0.057μ, which is about 40% lower than that of general lubricants, providing excellent sustainability and lubricity. Additionally, CNT can withstand temperatures of 750°C in air and over 2000°C in a vacuum, making it suitable for use as cutting oil and ideal for preventing seizing in critical areas.
