MyTENTA-1/PB is a high-precision touch detection system that instantly detects work touch and dress touch for ultra-fine processing and ultra-precision processing on grinding machines and machining centers using AE sensor technology, without the need for skilled techniques or experience. It can output signals to machine tools and communicate with operators through light. The contact detection position accuracy is an astonishing ±0.1μm. We offer two models: MyTENTA-1, which is controlled via I/O for NC machine tools, and MyTENTA-1 PB, which notifies contact through light for general-purpose machine tools.
