We use a tool microscope to measure the dimensions of products and parts. It can accommodate sizes up to 200mm × 150mm. Non-contact two-dimensional measurement in the XY direction is possible. We excel at complex and precise dimensional measurements with high precision tolerances, such as ±0.02mm, for connector products and camera parts. Since the measurement area can be magnified and visually confirmed, it allows for the evaluation of the measured object while recognizing burrs, dust, and shape abnormalities.
