Many achievements in small components! We use welding rods to integrate fluororesin.
We use welding rods for fluororesin and perform welding processing of PTFE. Additionally, by conducting machining as a post-process of the welding, we can accommodate parts that require high precision. We are developing various processing methods for PTFE, PFA, and others to respond to the diversification of products and strive to meet your requests satisfactorily. 【What can be done with Teflon welding processing】 ■ Method using welding rods ■ Additional processing by machining *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Processing Details】 ■ Cutting We perform cutting processing from various synthetic resin materials such as PTFE, PFA, FEP, and PVDF. The materials come in various dimensions, and cutting them to match the customer's application can lead to cost reduction. ■ Welding We can perform welding processing on Teflon and fluororesin materials such as PTFE and PFA, which are considered difficult to bond. This can be used for various applications. ■ Stretching We can process the tips of PFA extruded tubes to narrow them down to a specified diameter. Additionally, we can perform stretching processing on various materials. ■ Flaring We perform flaring and tapering processing on PFA and FEP extruded tubes. ■ Bending We can bend PTFE, PFA, and FEP extruded tubes into any shape. These can be used for tanks, nozzles, liquid level gauges, etc. This technology can also be applied to coil tubes for heat exchangers and flexible hoses. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
