High-efficiency external roughing tool
The roller box is a tool that has been used for external rough machining on 6-axis automatic lathes for a long time. There is a roller on the opposite side of the insert, which has a mechanism to prevent the workpiece from escaping during machining. The upper roller is designed to smooth the surface finish after cutting, similar to a vanishing mechanism.
