Utilizing the know-how in plastic machining developed so far, along with the latest CAD and NC technologies, we manufacture various prototype models ranging from high-performance design mock-ups to working models that prioritize functionality. Main materials handled: General-purpose plastics: ABS, PMMA (acrylic), PP, PVC Engineering plastics: PA66, POM, PC, PBT, PET Super engineering plastics: PPS, PEEK, PTFE - Engineering plastics: Plastics with heat resistance above 100°C, strength above 49.0 MPa, and flexural modulus above 2.4 GPa. - Super engineering plastics: Plastics that can be used for long periods at even higher temperatures above 150°C.
