This document provides information about the processing technology for aluminum materials using dyneon processing. Aluminum is one of the materials that is very difficult to treat on the surface, such as plating, due to the presence of an oxide film on its surface. Our company employs a method using the zinc replacement method (zincate method) to remove the oxide film from the surface of aluminum materials while simultaneously replacing and precipitating zinc from the bath. Additionally, we have developed unique methods for film formation treatment, including "caustic solution treatment," "water washing treatment," and "50% nitric acid caustic solution treatment," among others.
