"Alumion" is a technology that directly coats a Dycron film on aluminum material. We offer a lineup of Alumion A (for general wear resistance), Alumion B (for load resistance), and Alumion C (composite with Blastron). Additionally, we employ the zinc replacement method (Zincate method), which removes the oxide film from the surface of aluminum material while simultaneously precipitating zinc from the bath. Please let us know the type of aluminum when placing your order.
