Reducing unevenness in the Dycron coating. Introducing processing technology for special molds.
This document presents the technology for special die processing using Dycron. For complex-shaped molds, we always incorporate auxiliary tools that utilize special materials accumulated over many years of technical expertise. By adopting the "Auxiliary Anode Tool Installation Method," we can achieve effective results even in areas that are generally very difficult to adhere to. Additionally, by individually energizing the components, we can reduce the unevenness of the Dycron coating through the "Individual Direct Connection Energizing Method," and by using the "Mirror Shot Machine," we can completely eliminate any unevenness or sagging.
