The new Brookfield-made Texture Analyzer CTX is a high-performance, high-functionality texture analyzer. - It quantifies the texture of food. Additionally, it can be utilized for various applications such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and various materials. - Equipped with a touch panel display, it allows for the measurement graphs to be viewed on the display even in standalone mode. - It features a data saving function to a USB memory. By connecting a USB memory, measurement data (in CSV format) can be saved and read. - It offers eight types of interchangeable load cells (with maximum load capacities ranging from 100g to 100kg). The time required to change the load cell is only 2 to 3 minutes. - It has nine measurement modes, including compression, tension, fracture, TPA, load holding, stop load, bloom, paste, tack + load, and position calibration. - It can move at a speed of 40mm/s, allowing for high-speed movement. - It can acquire up to 500 data points per second. - A variety of options (probes, fixtures, etc.) are available. - Using the operation/analysis software enables detailed testing and analysis. - It complies with the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) "21 CFR Part 11" for the pharmaceutical industry.
