Introducing the lost wax process, including mold structures and casting structures!
King Parts Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells precision metal components for various fields using a precision casting technology called "lost wax process." We would like to introduce our "lost wax process." In the PDF materials, we provide a detailed introduction to the processes shown below, along with photographs. 【Processes】 1. Mold Production → Producing aluminum molds designed with consideration for shrinkage rates. 2. Wax Molding → Injecting wax into the mold to create a wax model. 3. Assembly → Assembling the wax models into a tree shape. 4. Coating and Drying → Applying adhesive and refractory materials to the wax tree and drying, repeating several times. 5.
