[Development Support Case] Deburring of Micro-machined Products

Here is an example of deburring of precision machined products. We received a request from a customer who wanted to improve the surface roughness of the press gear tooth surface. In response, we proposed simultaneous deburring and roughness improvement using S.E.P treatment. As a result, the burrs were removed, and the surface roughness of the tooth surface was enhanced.
