Poka-yoke devices used in equipment and tooling are often relatively simple in shape, allowing for quick response times in many cases. POM (Delrin, polyacetal) is a well-balanced material among engineering plastics and is also cost-effective, often compared to MC nylon. For mass production using NC lathe machining (Okuma), we calculate the number of parts from bar stock, time the supply of bar stock based on processing time and quantity, and increase machine utilization. The factory operates on "holidays," including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and we can accommodate necessary items right after the holidays upon request.
