We will manufacture using machining of Yodoflon YG20 produced by Yodogawa Hitec. The material is a glass-filled Teflon. Since it is made to order, please confirm the delivery date each time. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, there are various shapes for workpieces depending on the design, but we will strive to meet your requests as closely as possible through machining. PTFE (Teflon, Naflon, Valflon) is a material with excellent chemical resistance, but there is significant variation in dimensional tolerances, and measurements taken by hand during inspection can cause dimensional changes. The glass-filled variant reduces dimensional variation. Machining such as indexing and screw machining on NC lathes (Okuma) can be done without the need for clamps or positioning jigs using a 4-axis machining method. We will do our best to minimize conditions such as tolerances, distortion, warping, and burrs, which are weaknesses of high-quality plastic resins. We can accept mass production items (high quantities) that result in a higher total cost, but we also accommodate small lots (low quantities) that are often difficult to accept.
