Disaster prevention and mitigation assistance! The unit-type hazardous materials storage facility "Shoki-kun" for safe and secure storage and management of hazardous substances according to the Fire Service Act. Introducing "Shoki-kun THS Type-COOL," which is equipped with air conditioning specifically for cooling in the conventional unit-type hazardous materials storage. - When storing hazardous materials, it is essential to comply with laws and regulations for storage and management. Additionally, temperature control may be required depending on the components, and it is necessary to prevent quality degradation. - If you are struggling with the storage of hazardous materials under such circumstances, please consider implementing this solution. 【Applications】 ■ Storage of hazardous materials requiring temperature management at low temperatures ■ Measures against temperature rise due to global warming ■ Prevention of quality degradation of hazardous materials due to temperature increase 【Features】 ■ Our original temperature management system allows for storage within the hazardous materials facility at 15°C to 25°C during the summer. ■ The main body is filled with insulation material, and the roof is coated with heat-reflective paint, achieving high insulation performance. ■ Manufactured in our factory, eliminating the need for assembly on-site and allowing for quick installation with short construction time. ⚠ Due to the introduction of outside air, the temperature will be equivalent to the outside temperature during winter. There is no heating function.

■Reinforced concrete floor structure (patent obtained) By providing a three-dimensional slope of 1/100 towards the catch basin, hazardous materials that leak out are collected into the catch basin without the use of a pit. Due to its heavy and low center of gravity design, it has the characteristic of not tipping over even during strong winds or earthquakes. Considering the susceptibility to rust of corrugated steel plates and the potential secondary disasters caused by the sliding of hazardous material containers during earthquakes, we successfully designed and developed a reinforced concrete floor. Patent obtained on December 26, 2014.

In light of the increase in accidents and disasters, in addition to strengthening fire safety guidance regarding the storage and handling of hazardous materials, the mandatory risk assessment for all chemicals that fall under GHS standards will significantly increase the number of chemical substances that must be managed. The "Shoki-kun," which is easy to install and robustly built, is suitable for the storage of toxic and hazardous substances, taking into account fire safety laws and technical standards. We recommend its introduction not only to prevent secondary disasters during emergencies and accidents but also from the perspective of compliance adherence.
