We have successfully developed a material called 'Jun Metal (Jun 304)', which is based on the widely used "SUS304" for medical and industrial machinery applications, offering higher strength and excellent durability. By using a vacuum arc remelting device to reduce inclusions to an extreme level, we can produce wires close to 8μm, which were previously impossible to manufacture. Additionally, due to its high purity characteristics, we can achieve an extremely high reduction ratio, allowing us to produce high-strength stainless steel wires that were previously unthinkable.
