Dried Si sludge discharged from the silicon wafer cutting process.
This is a secondary agglomerate of Si sludge dried to a moisture content of about 20%, which is discharged from the silicon wafer cutting process. It can be easily crushed using a ball mill or similar equipment. Since it is a cutting byproduct of high-purity silicon wafers, the impurity concentration is originally extremely low, and while there is some contamination from metal impurities during the cutting process, the Si purity is maintained at over 99% (excluding C/O).
