**Sakamoto's Initiatives** In our company, we introduced TOPsolid (Kodama Corporation), a 3D CAM strong in hole processing, in 2004. A few years later, we designated 2008 as the year of 3D mold base transformation, strengthening our sales activities using 3D data. Currently, all three of our factories are capable of handling all processing solely with 3D data. Furthermore, we have independently developed a system that automatically assigns processing attributes from 3D intermediate files (such as Parasolid) (currently only at the Fukushima factory).
