Quantifying the tightening state! Contributing to enhanced traceability with counting of tightening cycles and pass/fail judgment functions.
The "Bōjin KL-CTDS" is a poka-yoke data logger that, when combined with a driver, allows for the recording and output of screw tightening conditions. It features a screw counter that counts the number of OK judgments for tightening, and a pass/fail judgment function that detects tightening failures and provides warnings through sound and light. Up to 99 types of channels can be set, and multiple channels can be combined for management as a continuous process. Additionally, channel settings can be configured by scanning barcodes. Tightening data can be visually confirmed through application software, allowing for the data storage of the tightening condition for each individual screw. It supports six types of drivers, accommodating from micro torque to ultra-high torque, and can also be combined with automatic machines. [Features (excerpt)] ■ Data log output function ■ Screw counter (compatible with automatic machines) ■ Pass/fail judgment function ■ Slow start function ■ Program channel memory function ■ Automatic sampling function *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since its establishment in Taiwan in 1984, Kirius has been producing electric screwdrivers at its headquarters factory in Taiwan and its factory in Shanghai. (Number of employees: 300 at the Taiwan headquarters factory, 300 at the Shanghai factory) Sales and service locations are not only in Taiwan and China but also in about 20 countries including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand, as well as Europe and the United States, helping to create products that reflect customer feedback. Starting with the industry's first electric screwdriver with a built-in counter, we are committed to development and have released unique products such as ultra-compact screwdrivers and ultra-high torque screwdrivers that can handle up to 50N·m. Recently, we have launched data loggers that can record torque values and servo drivers that can tighten different torque levels, achieving reliable screw fastening with high-precision torque.
