We measure the plated products every day to ensure quality! In the unlikely event of an anomaly, we respond quickly!
In our company, to meet our customers' quality requirements, we have "X-ray fluorescence measuring instruments" and "salt spray test machines" at each factory. We measure the electroplated products produced daily to ensure quality. In liquid analysis, we use "atomic absorption spectrophotometers" to measure metals that cannot be analyzed through neutralization titration. Since analysis can be conducted in-house, we can implement stable management based on planned measurements, and we can respond quickly in case of any abnormalities. 【Quality Control System】 ■ Analysis Room ■ Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer ■ X-ray Fluorescence Measuring Instrument ■ Metal Microscope ■ Salt Spray Test Machine ■ Digital Microscope VHX 7000 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Daiwa Excel Co., Ltd. has been primarily engaged in electric zinc plating for "complex-shaped" products, starting with the inner surface plating of fuel pipes for automobiles since its establishment. By creating plating jigs tailored to specific shapes, we accommodate the plating processing of complex-shaped products. Furthermore, we have established a mass production line for "electric zinc-nickel alloy plating" to better meet our customers' needs. The inner surface processing technology we have developed so far has accumulated know-how, enabling us to prevent rust on the inner surfaces (inside and both sides) of pipe-shaped and bag-structured products. We have received positive feedback from customers regarding quality improvement and cost reduction, such as material changes proposed through VA (Value Analysis) from SUS material to more easily processed steel. We aim for further improvement in our technical capabilities and will continue to "challenge" ourselves without being bound by conventional ideas.
