The "GL Series" is a group of colorants suitable for a wide range of applications, including jellies, candies, and noodles, derived from safflower yellow pigment, which has excellent acid resistance. The safflower yellow pigment used in this product is an improved colorant obtained through our refining technology, resulting in a vivid yellow. When combined with bright gardenia blue pigment, it creates a vibrant green formulation. 【Features】 ■ Appearance: Dark green liquid with a slight characteristic odor ■ Color: Exhibits a vivid green color when dissolved in water ■ Solubility: Soluble in water, hydrous alcohol, and hydrous propylene glycol; insoluble in fats and oils ■ Heat and light resistance: Relatively stable ■ pH: Stable in acidic ranges (Precipitation occurs at pH 4.5 or lower in GL-HS10 and GL-10F) ■ In alkaline conditions, the safflower yellow pigment tends to increase in redness, causing the color to shift slightly towards brown. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
