Wist's unique power line type high-speed bottle changer has no interchangeable parts such as screws or star wheels, and achieves reliable bottle change/centering through an automatic centering function. The design with a broad shoulder allows for easy filling of high-viscosity creams by rotating the bottle at high speed. During a single filling, the rotation speeds of the body and the neck can be set individually, allowing for clean filling up to the mouth of the bottle. All operations are controlled by an AC servo motor, eliminating the need for interchangeable parts like cams, and it can store up to 99 product types, making it easy to adjust for changes in material viscosity.
