General-purpose vibration meter "VM-82A" [Rental]

A vibration meter used mainly for the maintenance management of industrial machinery, focusing on rotating machinery. It measures acceleration/velocity/displacement within an appropriate frequency range to assess the vibration condition of the machinery.

■ Rental item includes an accelerometer pickup PV-57I with a magnetic attachment. It allows for general vibration measurement using the PV-57I. Measurement can be conducted without holding the pickup thanks to the magnetic attachment at the tip. A coiled cable is included to prevent cable entanglement with machinery. ■ Evaluation and inspection are possible in three modes: acceleration, velocity, and displacement. You can select the range, allowing for appropriate values to be viewed in each mode. The range of measurement targets expands with the mode and range suited to the application. ■ Data memory function. Up to 1000 data points can be stored in the internal memory. Saved data can be displayed by specifying the address in recall mode. It features a USB interface for transferring saved data to a computer. (Transfer software must be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.) ■ Easy-to-read LCD screen. The LCD screen displays a bar graph and numerical values simultaneously, making it easy to grasp fluctuations. Information such as the set frequency range is also displayed. The backlight function allows for content verification in dark places. When in an overload state, "OVER" is displayed, and the entire LCD turns red.
