Vacuum casting using silicone rubber molds without using metal molds! Achieved high strength, short delivery times, and cost reduction. *Prototyping available.
6 Nylon casting (casting) is a method of producing prototype parts using a silicone rubber mold without the need for a metal mold, through vacuum casting. Vacuum casting involves setting a silicone rubber mold inside the vacuum chamber of a vacuum casting machine, pouring liquid resin into the silicone rubber mold, and curing the resin to create the product. Since a silicone rubber mold is used instead of a metal mold, significant cost savings can be expected just from the mold costs. Additionally, the mold can be completed much faster than a metal mold, allowing for short delivery times. Furthermore, the materials produced in-house can have glass filler added up to 30% to match the strength of mass production materials. 【Features of 6 Nylon Casting】 - Produced using vacuum casting with a silicone rubber mold - Uses 6 nylon as the material - No need to create simple molds like traditional prototyping methods - Does not use pellet materials since it is produced through vacuum casting - Glass filler can be added up to 30% - Short delivery times are possible compared to traditional prototyping methods - Cost reduction is possible compared to metal mold prototyping depending on the shape *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Newtech Co., Ltd. is a company that conducts casting prototypes and injection molding prototypes using three methods: gypsum casting suitable for die-cast prototypes, lost-wax casting that can produce small quantities of prototype castings with short lead times, and 6 nylon injection molding that can produce nylon resin parts using silicone rubber molds. We respond to requests such as, "I want to reduce casting production costs without making molds or wooden patterns for small-scale casting prototypes" and "I want to create prototype castings that are close in precision and surface finish to die-cast products." Please feel free to contact us.
