Cutting with high precision for cuts of 0.1mm or less! Cutting technology 'Slit Processing'
Thoroughly 'thin and narrow'! Of course, copper foil! Slitting processing of difficult composite materials and brittle amorphous alloys is also possible! *Multiple patented technologies!
We introduce our "slitting process," which finely processes metal foils with various properties. Our slitting process achieves high-precision cutting at widths of less than 0.1mm. For example, we process copper in tape form with a thickness of 0.1mm and a width of 30mm into 30 strips of 0.8mm in width. The most common slitting processes are performed on stainless steel and general non-ferrous metals. In recent years, there has been an increasing trend in slitting processes for amorphous alloys, which have a high level of technological standards both domestically and internationally. 【Features】 ■ Finely processes metal foils with various properties ■ Achieves high-precision cutting at widths of less than 0.1mm ■ Our slitting products are used in 70% of the world's airbags ■ Utilized in various fields such as automotive parts, battery components for mobile phones, and transformers for home appliances like air conditioners *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
