Our company produces metal wire with a square cross-section through "slitting processing." When this square cross-section wire is used in coils or motors, it can achieve a 30% higher packing density compared to using conventional round cross-section wire, allowing for greater capacity. Square wire cannot be effectively produced by processing the round wire typically used in coils. By applying slitting processing and cutting the material to the same width as its thickness, we can efficiently create square wire. Currently, we have also succeeded in ultra-precise slitting processing at a thickness of 0.075mm, which is the same as human hair.
