[Case Study Introduction] Introduction of High-Speed Counting Packaging Machine 'Count Alpha'

Counting, packaging work, inspection, and sorting all in one machine! No need for label application work. We present a case study of on-site improvements with the introduction of a high-speed counting packaging machine based on our proposal.

We would like to introduce the implementation results of Count Alpha proposed by Nitto Koshin Co., Ltd. At Company B, the packaging work was divided among a total of six people: three for counting and packaging, two for inspection, and one for label application. Therefore, we proposed the introduction of the high-speed counting packaging machine, Count Alpha. With this machine, tasks from counting to packaging and sorting OK/NG products can be performed with one unit, and it can also print directly onto bags, eliminating the need for label application.
