Below, we outline the improvement case we proposed. 【Issues and Requests】 There was a significant problem with the wear of rubber gaskets, resulting in a large amount of wear powder and a lifespan of only six months. The customer requested a product with a longer lifespan than the current one, less wear powder generation, and certification under the Food Sanitation Act. 【Proposal】 We proposed a rubber material (with a special formulation) that is resistant to wear and heat. 【Customer Evaluation】 Evaluation tests were conducted at the customer's site.
