Ideal for immunohistochemical studies including in-situ hybridization!
"Technovit 9100" is a plastic embedding system based on MMA (methyl methacrylate). It has been specifically developed for the embedding of calcified tissues and soft tissues using an extended research spectrum under an optical microscope. It is suitable for immunohistochemical studies, including histological overview staining, enzymatic chemistry, and in-situ hybridization. 【Features】 ■ Plastic embedding system based on MMA (methyl methacrylate) ■ Developed for the embedding of calcified tissues and soft tissues ■ Suitable for immunohistochemical studies, including in-situ hybridization ■ Polymerization occurs by eliminating oxygen using a catalyst system consisting of peroxides and amines ■ Additional components such as PMMA powder and modifiers enable controlled polymerization at low temperatures (ranging from -2 to -20°C depending on volume) to ensure complete dissipation of polymerization heat *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
