Our company processes high molecular weight polyethylene and manufactures precision coaxial rotating part rings. Since it is a material equivalent to ultra-high molecular polyethylene, it tends to produce burrs, making post-processing challenging. For semiconductor-related products, many processed items made from ultra-high molecular polyethylene often have conditions that are stricter than the drawings, requiring considerable discussions even with the same user. Ultra-high molecular polyethylene (HHMW, Tybar, Newlight, Ulmolar) is a material that excels in wear resistance and is relatively soft among resins, leaving marks when pressed hard with a fingernail. Mass-produced items using NC lathe composite processing (Okuma) include products that require round part indexing and small parts machining, utilizing a 5-axis machining approach to increase machine operating rates. We also accommodate "mass production," capable of handling items with large production quantities, shifting to a mass production system to meet demands. For companies, we flexibly respond to various conditions, striving to meet diverse requests such as payment terms and the absence of drawings.
